Sharing a Calendar
Sharing a calendar used to be a very difficult task. But with the innovations of Web 2.0 Calendar sharing is becoming much easier. I have suggested to my department to use Google Calendar to share significant dates and events. You can even color code your events based on themes.
Google Calendar can even embed itself into your website.
